Group Product Manager | Circle K | E-Mobility
Do you want to lead product development in one of the most exciting growth areas in sustainable transport?
Do you want to lead product development in one of the most exciting growth areas in sustainable transport?
The eMobility team at Circle K operates as a corporate startup with global reach. We sit inside a large organisation, but act as the global innovation hub for electric mobility — with the mission of making the transition to electric vehicles simple and accessible for everyone.
We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to join our product leadership team in Oslo — a role with real responsibility for direction, outcomes, and growing the people around you. You’ll take a product area from problem framing to measurable results, and ensure we deliver, learn, improve, and scale over time.
This is a particularly exciting moment to join: we are not only scaling across markets, but also connecting our products more deeply with other parts of Circle K. That creates complexity — but also gives this role significant influence on how we grow, operate, and win.
Team and Scope
You will work at the centre of a cross-functional setup spanning product, design, engineering, operations and commercial partners, serving our local business units with a highly competitive product platform. The work is fast-moving and not always tidy: priorities shift, dependencies exist, and alignment often has to be built, not assumed. The expectation is that you can create alignment while keeping momentum — and do it in a way that brings people with you.
You will lead one of our product groups in eMobility, owning a meaningful part of the end-to-end EV charging experience. The work spans both customer journeys and the underlying capabilities that make the experience reliable and scalable across markets. You will lead a group of Product Managers and work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders across Circle K.
Our setup combines the strengths of a larger company with ways of working you would normally associate with more product-mature tech environments: clear ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and room for teams to make decisions and create results.
What you’ll do
Set direction and priorities: You translate customer and business needs into a clear strategy and portfolio direction. You make prioritisation decisions, define success metrics, and ensure teams have a roadmap that balances near-term delivery with longer-term direction.
Own the full product lifecycle: You own the product area end-to-end — from discovery and delivery to launch, continuous improvement, and, when relevant, sunsetting. You ensure we measure impact after launch, learn quickly, and adjust course based on what we see.
Lead and grow Product Managers: You lead a team of PMs, coaching and developing them while raising the bar for product thinking, judgement, and execution.
Drive alignment across a complex organisation: You work effectively across functions, geographies and layers. You communicate direction, decisions and trade-offs clearly, and build momentum even when stakeholders have different incentives and context.
Raise the bar on quality and outcomes: You create accountability that enables teams to move quickly while staying honest about whether we are creating real outcomes — not just shipping activity.
Shape how we work: You will help evolve not just the product area, but also the operating model around it — strengthening the collaboration between product, technology, design, operations and commercial teams.
How we work
We work in small, independent teams that are aligned around shared goals and guided by OKRs. We believe in making progress through iteration—delivering value early, learning quickly, and continuously improving rather than waiting for perfect solutions. Our product teams are truly cross-functional, bringing together product, design and engineering to collaborate closely and solve meaningful problems. At the core, we aim to create an environment where teams feel ownership, keep learning, and focus on delivering outcomes that make a real difference.
What you bring
We’re intentionally looking for someone experienced — this role requires strong judgement, people leadership, and comfort with complexity.
Product leadership experience: typically 5–10+ years in product management, with a track record of delivering meaningful outcomes.
People leadership: experience leading and developing PMs and building strong product teams.
Strong cross-functional leadership: you lead through influence and navigate complex stakeholder networks with confidence.
Data-informed judgement: you use data and qualitative insight to set goals, choose bets, and measure impact — without over-engineering the process.
Clear communication: you turn complexity into clarity, and keep the organisation aligned on priorities, progress, and decisions.
A builder’s mindset: you are comfortable operating in ambiguity, scaling products and teams over time, and balancing autonomy with alignment.
Education: Relevant higher education (Master’s degree or similar). Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.

Experience with platform or ecosystem products.
