You can read more about me and Rede People at www.redepeople.com, but in short, I recruit leadership talent for some of Norway's most exciting and fastest-growing technology companies.

Most of the positions I work on are advertised openly on LinkedIn and through my website. However, some searches are more confidential and need to stay "under the radar". Irrespective of this, I have traditionally found candidates through my close network, proactive search and the wider reach of LinkedIn.

I am now adding another approach, and one that I believe will become the most important way for me to connect great leaders with great companies.

The Rede Leadership Network.

What is it?

The idea is very simple and nothing fancy.

If you are a leader based in the Oslo-area and could be open to a new opportunity if the right one came along, you can register your interest here.

You don't need to be actively looking for a new job. You don't need to apply for anything. And registering doesn't commit you to anything.

All I need is a link to your LinkedIn profile or a copy of your CV, together with a brief indication of the types of leadership positions that could be relevant to you.

For example:

C-level: CEO, COO, CTO, CPO, CFO, CPTO
VP: VP Engineering, VP Product, VP Sales, VP Technology
Director: Director of Engineering, Product, Technology, Commercial, etc.
Other leadership roles: Engineering Manager, Head of Product, Tech Lead and similar positions

What happens after I register?

Possibly nothing straight away, and that's absolutely fine.

For every leadership search I work on, I create a detailed candidate prospect with significantly more information than you would normally find in a job advertisement. This typically includes information about the company, the role, the leadership team, the opportunity, the challenges and what they are looking for.

When I start a new search, I will look through the Leadership Network alongside my usual search activity.

If I see an opportunity where I think your background could be relevant, I will simply send you the prospect.

You can then have a look and decide whether it is worth having a conversation.

No application. No commitment. No unnecessary calls about roles that clearly aren't relevant.

Just an easy way to make sure you hear about interesting leadership opportunities – including some that may never be advertised publicly.

Is it confidential?

100%.

Your registration and interest are only visible to me. I will never share your profile or information with a client without speaking to you and getting your approval first.

The information is managed securely through Teamtailor and in accordance with GDPR requirements.

And if you no longer want to be part of the network, you can remove yourself at any time.
