AI Lead

Hey! We're building a new team from scratch and looking for an AI Lead to shape and launch a cutting-edge product that will change an industry. We're solving a real "hair on fire" problem for millions of B2B customers worldwide.

The team is setting up in central Oslo, Norway, backed by a rock-solid company ready to support rapid growth. We'll launch in Norway first, then expand to other markets.

As the first engineer onboard, you'll be an integral part of the founding team with autonomy to shape our architecture and choose the languages, frameworks, and tools that will best drive our product forward.

We're looking for a self-starter who's passionate about applying the latest AI advancements to build something customers will love.

In this role, you will:

• Own and shape the development of LLM-based features end-to-end

• Build real solutions for real users, working directly with them to understand their challenges

• Design and implement AI frameworks to prototype, orchestrate, and evaluate LLM-based features and workflows.

• Build a culture of excellence with outstanding people who share your drive

You will not be:

• Micromanaged

• Struggling to find users for testing

• Stuck in pointless meetings

Your background looks something like:

• 5+ years of engineering experience at tech and product-driven companies

• Track record of shipping LLM-based solutions to production

• Deep experience with prompt engineering and LLM tool integration

• Expertise in knowledge graphs, RAG, semantic search, vector stores, and embeddings

• Hands-on experience with inference and evaluation platforms

• Grasp of AI orchestration tools and agent frameworks
