It’s official — I’m going solo (and more focused than ever)

🎯Rede & Erik Falk Hansen`s mission is clear: through modern recruitment practises we will support technology founders, leaders and investors in hiring the leadership and specialist talent they need to succeed and scale.

After six years as founder and CEO of Rede People, and more than 600 successful hires for some of the most ambious tech companies in the Nordics, Rede and I are starting a new chapter: I’m going solo.

My aim is to make the candidate experience as informative and agile as possible. I want to ensure that all candidates feel they are taken care of. I do not require an application letter for a position, and all candidates who are deemed of interest to a paritcular position will receive a detailed prospect with much more info about the hiring company and the position itself.
