Your Mission

As CEO, you will be:

1. Scaling Kontur: Expand our addressable market through new innovative automated software services emphasising on recurring revenue.
2. Global expansion: Strengthen our commercial footprint through international partnerships and go-to-market strategy.
3. Team and culture: Lead and inspire high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies.
4. Strategy execution: Drive long-term vision while ensuring short-term results — investor alignment and exit-readiness are key.
5. Technology leadership: Champion innovation while keeping focus on customer value and simplicity.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a bold and strategic leader — someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves yet thinks on a systems level. Ideal candidates will have:

1. Proven track record in scaling international businesses.
2. A strong understanding of implementing B2B SaaS and related revenue growth, with bonus points for domain knowledge in geospatial, sensors, infrastructure or industrial tech.
3. Experience in building go-to-market strategies, sales organizations and partner ecosystems.
4. Technical literacy and the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams (engineers, product, commercial) with credibility and clarity.
5. A global mindset and appetite for international travel and cultural fluency.
6. Curiosity and decisiveness — you can navigate uncertainty and keep the company moving forward.
