More about the position
Circle K eMobility operates in a rapidly evolving market where technology, customer expectations and business models are constantly changing.
As Senior Strategic Project Manager, you will drive business-critical initiatives, working closely with product teams, technology specialists and business leaders across our international organisation. You will also play a key role in our transition from large, cross-functional programmes towards smaller, more agile initiatives within a product-oriented organisation.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Lead complex, business-critical projects, including technical migrations, platform rollouts and new market launches.
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through implementation, delivery and operational handover.
Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Develop and improve our operating model, governance processes and performance management practices.
Lead organisational change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, solutions and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to simplify complexity, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and improve operational efficiency.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong project management capabilities, strategic understanding and the ability to navigate complexity, engage senior stakeholders and drive results.
We believe you will bring:
6+ years of relevant experience in project management, strategic initiatives or business transformation.
A background in management consulting, business development or similar, with hands-on implementation experience.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.
Experience with agile working methods, product-oriented organisations or organisational change.
Understanding of operating models, strategy execution, governance or performance management.
Relevant higher education in business, technology, engineering or a related field.
